Master Instructor Michael J. Leone

Michael Leone is the founder of Zen Wellness, Zen Yoga and United Martial Arts. He is the Medical Qigong Director of the Zen Wellness Center in Sun City West and an 8th degree black belt registered with the United Martial Arts Association of America. He has been teaching for over 23 years and has trained over 1,000 black belts and instructors. Since 1987 he has devoted his life to studying and teaching martial, medical and spiritual chi gong. He empowers people to heal themselves through the time-tested "technology" of qigong in a user-friendly manner, to maintain strength, flexibility and stamina for vitality and longevity.

Jason Campbell has been teaching martial arts movement and philosophy for over 15 years. He began his martial arts studies in Boston, MA. and opened his first school in Nashua, NH. Master Campbell has helped thousands of students achieve a greater level of personal success, health and inspiration through the study of martial arts.

Beth is a 4th degree black belt registered with the Untied Martial Arts Association of America. She is also a researcher of herbs and nutrition and studies with healers in Peru. She has been studying the healing arts since she was a child and involved in professional athletics since she was 14. She is a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and shamanic instructor. Tina Taylor - 1st Degree Black Belt

Tina Taylor is a first degree Black Belt, and certified Chi Gong Instructor. Leading up to her studies, among her many professional paths, she bred and trained Labrador Retrievers for 35 years, culminating in the number one Labrador in the United States. Her quest for improved health, stamina, and a continuing improvement in quality of life, and her love of people and animals have led her to study the Tai Chi and Chi Gong disciplines with a goal of gaining and teaching "self-care".

Barbara Allen

Barbara Allen is an Ohio native. She has many years as a Mental Health therapist and teaching GED, General Life Skills, and English as a Second Language for community colleges in Iowa and Arizona.

She is a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tai Chi and a member of the National Qigong Association. Barbara initially came to Zen Wellness in 2007 as a referral from a physical therapist while recuperating from a knee and ankle injuries. Since being at the center she has completed the Zen Wellness Medical Chi Gong Program. Currently, she is teaching Chair Yoga, Chi Gong, Wuji Tai Chi and beginning Tai Chi classes.
